Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions
- Expertise in AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Advanced scenario planning and horizon scanning skills
- Executive-level presentation and influence abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
