Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with global stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic drivers of change
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AGI, neurotech)
- Certification in foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic foresight impact
