Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 transformations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and sustainability teams
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and similar platforms
- Design scenario planning models for climate adaptation and resource optimization in 2026+
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and invest in 2026-relevant startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year roadmaps for tech or sustainability sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or climate resilience
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and circular economy principles as applied to 2026 horizons
