Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for emerging tech ecosystems (quantum AI, biocomputing, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Identify disruptive market opportunities through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Author white papers on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Design resilience strategies for global supply chains in post-automation economies
- Advocate for sustainable innovation through UN Sustainable Development Goal alignment
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on technological singularity or climate adaptation scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience with Delphi methodology and probabilistic forecasting models
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Systems Thinking
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
