Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate creative thinking and ideation
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects from concept to pilot
- Build and lead an internal innovation lab focused on prototyping future solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and industry disruption
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience managing innovation budgets and R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi method)
