Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking AI Ethics Framework aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of proprietary algorithms to identify and mitigate bias in machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical considerations into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Advocate for user privacy and data sovereignty in the era of quantum computing.
- Represent Nexus Horizon at global tech summits and regulatory hearings.
- Create educational content to upskill internal stakeholders on emerging ethical risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technology Law, Data Ethics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in drafting white papers and compliance standards for AI deployment.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning principles, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
