Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for innovation projects
