Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/ SFPC or equivalent)
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
