Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives across 15+ industries
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with future-focused mandates
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record translating foresight into market-ready innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
