Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting breakthrough innovations across product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business plans
- Build and maintain a comprehensive technology ecosystem roadmap with 5-year projections
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing strategies and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the organization at industry forums
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into narratives
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategy workshops
- Published work in foresight or innovation thought leadership
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
