- Design and deliver executive workshops on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Curate and maintain our Future Signal database tracking 500+ emerging indicators
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-backed confidence intervals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, weak signal analysis)
- Deep fluency in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks
- Exceptional narrative storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications (h-index >15 preferred)
- Professional certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFM, CIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future scenario projects implemented with measurable ROI
