Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation frameworks with C-level executives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports on AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate tech disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class strategic foresight practice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-level innovation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published research in futures studies or innovation management (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
