Responsibilities
- Develop multi-horizon strategic roadmaps (2026-2035) for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive technology impacts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation velocity and market adaptation readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models using blockchain and metaverse tech
- Present foresight findings at industry forums and publish in 'Future Horizons' journal
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Drive cross-functional adoption of foresight methodologies across 12 global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published work on exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., SAMI, Shell Scenarios)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, AGI ethics, and climate resilience tech
- Proven track record scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFPC preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state architecture designs
