Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, AI ethics) for strategic planning
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products based on 5+ year trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI development trajectories, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
