Responsibilities
- Anticipate global megatrends and disruptive technologies through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovation in quantum, bio, and digital domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Develop foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partners
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in leading industry journals
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit convening 500+ global innovation leaders
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon's Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning for 2024-2026
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend platforms
