Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and evaluate disruptive concepts for product development
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems to anticipate market shifts and threats
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Drive scenario planning initiatives to prepare the organization for multiple future states
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks that generated measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with foresight methodologies including Delphi studies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
