Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech conferences
- Manage a $5M innovation fund supporting early-stage ventures
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong network with futurist communities (WFSF, APF)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
