Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Design human-centered solutions for complex future scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on horizon-scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or tech innovation roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin (for global markets)
