Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-innovation) and their commercial applications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Produce trend reports and white papers on future industry transformations
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their societal implications
