Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and their business implications
- Design market simulation frameworks to stress-test business models against future disruptions
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for climate resilience, digital sovereignty, and ethical AI
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Advose on policy development for emerging tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi) and predictive analytics tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technology convergence patterns (quantum-AI-biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable business insights
- Certified in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) or innovation management (e.g., PDMA)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
