Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking innovation roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, neurotech) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies

- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
