Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable technologies (quantum AI interfaces, neuro-ergonomic systems)
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI and sustainability metrics
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and industry boards
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D, innovation strategy, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven track record of launching future-tech products (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or platforms
