Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI)
- Proven success in scaling R&D operations across global teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech implications
- Certified in AI Ethics and Quantum Computing fundamentals
- Experience securing $10M+ in tech innovation grants
