Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for long-term technological development, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and human-computer interaction.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee experimental projects and prototype development, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and product teams.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior strategists and engineers, encouraging creative problem-solving.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify threats and opportunities for Nexus Horizon Labs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging web technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical experts to C-suite executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
