Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, biometric interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging technologies
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee technology ethics compliance and sustainable implementation frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams through agile methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding rounds for tech ventures
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
