Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities and competitive threats
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess business viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact models
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for innovation scouting
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications on organizational strategy
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
