Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech fields including quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, and climate-positive computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience scaling technologies from concept to global implementation
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Track record of securing >$50M in R&D funding or strategic partnerships
