Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
