Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, AR/VR convergence)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate strategic vision into actionable technical plans
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future technology adoption
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships for next-gen tech solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation through cross-departmental workshops
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certified in Strategic Planning or Technology Management (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementation
