- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and sustainability metrics for future tech deployments
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions to shape next-gen tech curricula and research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year planning success
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching future-facing products with >$50M revenue impact
- Deep understanding of Web3, neurotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience building diverse innovation teams with global collaboration expertise
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar tier-1 tech journals
