Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from top-tier institution
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FDA, EU AI Act)
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in quantum machine learning
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
