Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5+ year adoption potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future tech impacts
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Author thought leadership papers on technology ethics and societal implications
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with UN SDGs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation journals
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
