Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech budgeting >$5M
