Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Manage a portfolio of pilot programs for next-gen technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, advanced automation)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two major tech innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or IoT
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
