Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to execute strategic initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to maintain innovation leadership
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategic initiative success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management a plus
