Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their strategic implications
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with corporate vision
- Analyze competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages in emerging tech domains
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CTO-level training) preferred
