Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and bio-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with venture-backed resources
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with market potential exceeding $1B
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Adv executive leadership on technology ethics and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Collaborate with academic partners at MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich for cutting-edge research
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members with data-backed impact projections
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner)
