Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic plans
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential to transform industry standards
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property portfolios for next-gen innovations
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and acquire emerging startups
- Establish KPIs for future technology adoption and ROI forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
