Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development pipelines
- Represent the organization in industry coalitions on AI policy and standards
- Oversee third-party audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Proven expertise in designing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Deep knowledge of evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
