Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market readiness
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investor boards
- Drive open-source contributions to future tech standards
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals/conferences
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering with futurism focus
