Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-scale ML pipelines for autonomous systems
- Develop novel AI algorithms for natural language understanding and computer vision
- Collaborate with robotics engineers to integrate AI with physical systems
- Optimize model performance for edge deployment in resource-constrained environments
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical machine learning
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops
- Participate in patent filings for AI innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with production deployment
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Machine Learning preferred
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or federated learning
- Published research at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems serving >1M users
