Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform innovation priorities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of strategic initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with $5M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO School)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong leadership background managing cross-functional teams of 20+
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, etc.)
