Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record scaling technologies to $100M+ revenue

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
