Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to achieve >99.9% fidelity in qubit operations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and gate performance
- Lead implementation of hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Drive quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Expertise in cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
