Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough innovations
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, government, and global tech leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning tech solutions with UN SDGs
- Mentor next-generation engineers in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience with multi-billion-dollar R&D budget allocation
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., from WFS or APF)
