Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record launching commercialized futuristic technologies
- Expertise in regulatory foresight for tech policy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
