- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, decentralized networks) to identify competitive advantages
- Collaborate with policymakers and industry consortiums on tech governance frameworks for 2026+
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members through data-driven storytelling
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on business transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and research institutions
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or equivalent executive training
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
