Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI frameworks) and assess commercial viability
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating blockchain, AI/ML, and spatial computing into core product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build cross-functional innovation pods to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption impact on revenue and customer experience
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, and neurotech
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in future tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience scaling teams through technological transformation phases
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature Tech, etc.)
