Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and industry shifts
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) to identify strategic integration opportunities
- Architect scalable frameworks for next-gen digital ecosystems including blockchain, IoT, and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth targets
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D sprints, and vendor ecosystem cultivation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-focused domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, scenario planning)
