Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and immersive technologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neuromorphic computing) for competitive advantage
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and AR/VR ecosystems
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
